I have been drawing for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a small farm, and spent my weekends barrel racing. My love for horses was reflected in much of my artwork .
In college I studied visual arts, where I further honed my skills and explored a variety of mediums. After college, I took a Bible course in Australia, where I met my husband, Elias. We married in 2020, in Switzerland. Living in Switzerland expanded my artistic horizon, as I was captivated by the stunning landscapes and the charm of alpine architecture, which are now another recurring theme in my work. During this time, I also developed a passion for mountain biking, exploring the picturesque mountains and trails.
We’ve since returned to the U.S., and added an energetic and adventurous German Shorthaired Pointer, Lucy to our family. Together, we love exploring the outdoors , whether it's hiking, biking, or simply enjoying nature. Through all of this, my artwork has continued to evolve, reflecting both the beauty of nature and the joy of the journey itself.
